An essential part of a vehicle’s engine upgrade, a fuel pressure regulator is going to make sure that your multiport EFI gets the precise fuel pressure that it needs. Optimum performance is going to be compromised if your injection system is running a too low or too high a fuel pressure. An aftermarket adjustable Fuel Pressure Regulator will allow you to fine-tune your system to squeeze every last horsepower out of it.

Process 1. All fuel hose, external seals, filter, pintle cap, etc. are removed. 2. Fuel injector is then fully disassembled. 3. All components are checked to meet OEM specifications and cleaned. 4. Coil is replaced with New FIC Coil. 5. All internal seals are replaced. 6. Injector is re-assembled and calibrated 7. The injector is checked for: a) Coil resistance b) Spray pattern c) Fuel delivery - static and dynamic d) Leak test 8. Once the injector meets all OEM specifications, the filter, pintle cap, all external seals, hose and hose ferrules are replaced. 9.Injector is labeled and packaged |

Oxygen sensors, or O2 sensors, are required to perform a critical function on your vehicle in the harshest of environments: Measuring the oxygen content of the exhaust just after it leaves the cylinders. The oxygen sensor has to accurately check this red-hot exhaust hundreds of times per minute and send that data to the vehicle computer. The fuel/air mixture hangs in the balance, and you're probably familiar with the symptoms of a bad oxygen sensor: Black smoke from the exhaust, a rotten-egg odor, and poor performance and fuel mileage. Fortunately, a bad O2 sensor doesn't require a trip to the dealer parts counter. We have oxygen sensors from the top oxygen sensor manufacturers at great prices. Bosch oxygen sensors are original equipment on hundreds of vehicles, and we have Bosch O2 sensors for most of them listed right here. A new Bosch oxygen sensor will restore like-new performance to your import or domestic car, truck, van, or SUV, and you know you're getting an oxygen sensor that's made to the rigorous specifications of your original equipment oxygen sensor.

The EGR valve is the main emissions control component in the exhaust gas recirculation system. The valve is located on the intake manifold, and opens a small passageway between the exhaust and intake manifold to allow a metered amount of exhaust to flow back into the engine. This reduces combustion temperatures and helps control the formation of oxides of nitrogen. The EGR valve is opened by the application of vacuum to its control diaphragm. Some also require a certain amount of exhaust back pressure before they'll open. On newer vehicles, the valve is electronic and uses one or more solenoids or a small stepper motor. The valve should remain closed while the engine is cold and at idle. It should only open once the engine has warmed up and is running at part-throttle. If the valve sticks shut (or is disconnected), NOX emissions will soar and detonation will often result (See Detonation and Spark Knock). If it sticks in the open position or fails to close all the way, it acts like a vacuum leak resulting in a rough idle, hesitation and possible stalling. |

An electrically-operated valve which allows air to bypass the throttle plate in a fuel injected engine to regulate engine idle speed.

Catch and filter out carbon particles in the EGR system that cause stalling and rough idle.
Inspect and clean or replace every 10,000 to 15,000 miles
(5,000 to 10,000 miles if vehicle is subject to short trip operation.)
These small filter baskets can save you hundreds of dollars
by help in protecting your Egr Valve from being clogged.
The KLEAN SCREEN™ GASKET takes the place of the original equipment type gasket. The integrated carbon filter screen covers the hole where the exhaust gas enters. These heat resistant, stainless steel screens catch the carbon particles before they can cause trouble inside the EGR Valve. As heat is built up around the screen, these larger particles are burnt off or dissipated into smaller, non-clogging particles.
